We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Sternico GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Security Strategies: Design and implement robust security frameworks, conduct threat and risk analyses, and develop security management plans to protect our assets.
- Conduct Security Assessments and Audits: Identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
- Integrate Cybersecurity Measures: Implement security controls and measures in our release plans, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Software Maintenance and Patch Management: Ensure the regular maintenance and updating of critical software components to prevent security breaches.
- Conduct Cybersecurity Testing: Plan and execute internal and external security tests to identify vulnerabilities and improve our security posture.
- Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary technical contact for cybersecurity-related matters within our organization.
- Experience in Security Analysis and Architecture: Possess several years of experience in conducting threat and risk analyses, and developing security architectures.
- Knowledge of Security Standards: Be familiar with industry-standard security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Practical Experience in Penetration Testing: Have hands-on experience in conducting penetration tests and applying security best practices.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrate the ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Language Skills: Possess excellent German and English language skills to effectively communicate with our multinational team.
