About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials, working closely with our global Clinical Operations colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Conduct remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance, and manage required documentation.
  • Act as a site processes specialist, ensuring that trials are conducted in accordance with approved protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulations.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Perform additional study tasks as assigned by the Clinical Team Manager, including trip report review, newsletter creation, and lead CRA team calls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field or a Registered Nursing certification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a clinical research monitor or in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Valid driver's license and full right to work in Germany.
  • Fluency in English and German language to at least C1 level.
