Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Manager, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the sales and organizational enhancement of your designated area while collaborating closely with the Sales Director and Corporate and Life Specialists.
  • Executing strategic initiatives to fulfill the objectives of our exclusive organization and Zurich Group Germany, implementing these within your sales territory.
  • Providing support and training to agencies in your region, organizing and conducting essential training sessions, and offering guidance on business and organizational matters.
  • Recruiting and integrating new agencies and brokers, ensuring adherence to established quality standards, and planning for agency succession and talent development.
  • Ensuring compliance with Zurich's standards and processes, including documentation requirements, ongoing education, and utilization of provided tools.

Qualifications

If you possess a high degree of self-motivation, work methodically, and can implement and continuously refine strategic objectives, we encourage you to consider this opportunity if you also meet the following criteria:

  • A completed education in insurance or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in sales management.
  • A charismatic personality with strong communication skills and experience in training and developing staff.
  • Solid understanding of business and organizational issues, enabling you to provide competent advice to agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales-support applications that enhance your profile.
