Your Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on architecture governance, target architecture development, modernization initiatives, transformation processes, and the implementation of sustainable core systems and AI-driven solutions.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in client organizations (both business and IT) to advocate for effective solution strategies.
  • Comprehensively understand industry challenges and project requirements from a holistic perspective.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to design and develop customized, innovative software solutions.
  • Take ownership of architectural responsibilities in consulting and implementation projects.
  • Contribute your knowledge to our tech communities (both local and global), participate in publications, and share insights with colleagues.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in IT projects within the financial services sector, ideally in roles such as IT Architect or Solution Architect with design responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of architectural frameworks, business processes, core systems, and cross-functional systems, along with expertise in methodologies, design, technology, cloud solutions, and integration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, technical leadership capabilities, and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel for project engagements and proficiency in both German and English.
