enviaM-Gruppe, a leading company in the sustainable energy sector, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Renewable Energy Developer. Based in the eastern German states, we are a medium-sized company with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to develop innovative heat projects in the residential sector and decarbonization projects in the industrial sector. As a key member of our Product/Project Development team, you will be responsible for creating customized supply solutions, conducting economic and technical evaluations, and collaborating with various departments within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement sustainable energy solutions for residential and industrial clients
  • Conduct thorough economic, technical, and energy law evaluations of project concepts
  • Support the sales team in preparing contract offers and proposals
  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure project success
  • Develop decision-making templates for management and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, regulations, and funding opportunities to inform project development

**Requirements**

  • Hold a degree in Business Engineering, Energy Technology, or Business Administration
  • Demonstrate expertise in sustainable energy solutions and project development
  • Possess strong customer orientation, economic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Combine energy industry knowledge with experience in developing energy supply solutions
  • Have excellent organizational skills and a passion for sustainable energy
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders and team members
