Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research to analyze customers' behavior and preferences
  • Identifying and analyzing competitors in the beauty industry
  • Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Assisting in the organization of promotional activities for new products and services
  • Preparing forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be currently studying Marketing or a relevant field
  • To have previous experience in Marketing, preferably in the beauty industry
  • To have knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • To have experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • To have excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
