Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tenders independently to secure optimal terms, including negotiations and finalizing contracts within the specified material categories.
• Ensure the order readiness of global manufacturing sites, while maintaining essential purchasing-related information in SAP.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal departments, functional units, and suppliers.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing key performance indicators utilizing existing tools and procurement control systems.

• Possess a business education with ideally some background in operational or strategic procurement.
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications and standard ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Exhibit strong communication abilities, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a committed work ethic.
• Proficient in English.
