Job Title: Team Leader IT Project Management

Munich Living GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader IT Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with the company's IT strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure effective communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT vendors, partners, and business leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align IT projects with business objectives and strategies.
