Join us as a Brand Design Intern (m/f/d) in our Brand Team and embark on a meaningful journey

At MOIA, we pride ourselves on having a diverse design team comprising 30 UX, product, brand, communication designers, and UX researchers. The brand design segment is crucial in shaping how our brand visually communicates and is experienced across various platforms. We develop guidelines and resources for our partners to facilitate beautiful brand expressions and create communication for both external and internal audiences.

Your Role and Contribution at MOIA

  • Design captivating marketing, service, and product communications within our MOIA brand design, focusing on visuals and animations primarily for digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns, our website, and advertisements to ensure a unified aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Sales, People and Relations, Operations, etc.) in an agile setting.
  • Champion a consistent brand design and design experience throughout the organization.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, motivating, and open work environment.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

The ideal candidate will flourish in a dynamic environment, possess a passion for exceptional design, and be eager to work within high-performance teams while adapting to a startup culture.

  • Currently enrolled in a brand or communication design program with initial experience in the field.
  • Available for a minimum of 12 months.
  • A portfolio that showcases your design capabilities, creativity, and experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with animation using After Effects.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic about the future of mobility.

Student Community

Our student community is a diverse group of motivated individuals eager to learn. We are approximately 20 members strong, based in various locations. We convene quarterly to discuss topics ranging from project sharing to casual coffee chats.

As a Working Student, you will engage in impactful projects alongside your team, who will assist you in defining project objectives while providing inspiration, mentorship, and support for your professional growth.
