We are seeking a qualified Care Educator / Care Educator (m/w/d) to join our team at Rummelsberger Dienste für Menschen gGmbH.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for students in the field of care and nursing.
  • Prepare and conduct exams, as well as create and maintain student records.
  • Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date and aligned with industry standards, including the integration of digital learning tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, including class leadership and mentorship.
  • Work with external partners to develop and implement training programs for students.
Requirements
  • A degree in a related field, such as care education or nursing, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to teach in a care-related field and meet the requirements for teaching at a vocational school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
