To this end, we are developing new services and are looking for a Systemintegration Specialist (m/w/d) for our location in Wermelskirchen.

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable education
• Desirable are Microsoft certifications and knowledge of ITIL processes
• You work well in a team, think solution-oriented and customer-oriented, and have initiative and independence
• You have good German and English skills

• Within a team, you will provide 1st- and 2nd-level support and advise our customers solution-oriented on Windows and network applications
• You analyze, qualify, and process incoming error reports and perform general software installations via a client management system
• The administration of Active Directory and its services is within your area of responsibility
• You design the internal knowledge management system and can actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal and external processes
