Position Title: (Senior) Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

As a (Senior) Cybersecurity Operations Specialist (f/m/d) at MHP, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the secure functioning of the global MHP infrastructure in alignment with established security standards. You will serve as the liaison between Information Security and Security Operations, acting as the key contact within MHP IT for operational security matters. Collaborating with the ITOps and Architecture teams, you will devise strategies aimed at enhancing the security posture. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Enhancing IT Security levels through the development of policies, implementation of changes, and proactive analysis of incidents and potential attack vectors.
  • Managing service providers for the operational execution of security solutions/services and infrastructure.
  • Leading and overseeing (partial) projects within the IT Security domain.
  • Improving existing security solutions by integrating innovative technologies.

Qualifications Required:

  • A degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field, coupled with relevant professional experience in Security and/or Information Security.
  • A strong interest in common SOC tools, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Security environment, including Sentinel, Defender, Microsoft Security Benchmark, Azure Well-Architected Framework, ISO- and CIS Controls, with optional comparable skills in AWS.
  • A work style characterized by high resilience, reliability, and assertiveness.
