Job DescriptionWe're seeking an Associate Product Director - Consumer to play a key role in setting the product vision and strategy that's revolutionizing the way people buy their groceries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with Flink's goals and objectives.
- Build and Iterate on User Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver a top-notch user experience that meets the needs of our customers.
- Drive Business Results: Work with product managers, engineers, and other directors to deliver measurable results and drive business growth.
- Recruit and Grow the Team: Responsible for recruiting and growing the office domain, including leading and coaching a team of product managers.
- Influence and Drive Change: Identify and improve ways of working, both within and across teams and functions, to drive change and innovation in the creation and development of a digital product.
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of owning new feature launches from start to finish.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing teams.
- Experience working on UX, design, and experimentation, with a strong understanding of user empathy and awareness.
- Previous experience in leading and managing product teams, creating a product roadmap and strategy, and driving business results.
- A Bachelor's degree in statistics, maths, economics, or computer science.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- 26 days of vacation, +1 day every year up to a maximum of 30 days.
