In this role, you'll be responsible for the operation of pilot production equipment, supporting maintenance tasks, and implementing new equipment and infrastructure. You'll also perform routine quality tests on produced materials and uphold safety procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate pilot production equipment according to standard work instructions
* Support maintenance tasks
* Implement new equipment and infrastructure
* Perform routine quality tests
* Uphold safety procedures

**Requirements:**

* Experience in production
* Ability to handle production documentation and read equipment operating data
* Willingness to work in shifts
* Proficiency in German (English skills a plus)
* Ambition and drive for results
