Key Responsibilities
Project Management Duties
- Planning, supporting, and coordinating the advancement of web applications
- Overseeing rollouts and engaging in dynamic projects
- Managing service requests and orders, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, and Release Management
Development Responsibilities
- Analyzing and detailing customer requirements
- Enhancing operational systems while managing internal and external resources
- Ensuring optimal performance of applications
- Conducting software testing
Support Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving issues
- Updating company documentation
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including backup and maintenance
- Supporting the development of test scenarios and user training
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in operating systems such as Windows and Linux, including Windows Server 2008/2012 and Linux distributions like Redhat, CentOS, and Suse
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
- Intermediate knowledge of databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with web applications, particularly Tomcat and Java EE
- Experience in Project Management, preferably Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Java
- Experience with firewall systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, and Perl is desirable
- Business fluency in both English and German is essential.
