Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Mechanical Engineer to join our construction department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the mechanical design and construction of machine components, taking into account quality, cost, and time targets. This includes creating necessary work instructions and part lists, as well as evaluating the feasibility and economic viability of development projects. The candidate will also be responsible for calculating mechanical components of special machines and supporting project management in technical evaluation and decision-making regarding the procurement of parts.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (FH/TU) with several years of experience in the field of machine and special machine construction. Our team is looking for a motivated and experienced professional with knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD design, particularly with Solid Edge software, as well as standard office applications. The candidate should be able to successfully implement goals and objectives. Experience with FEM calculation programs and PPS systems is desirable. Excellent German and good English language skills are required.
