About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Professional to join our team at CTDI. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate the implementation of new customer projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, logistics, finance, and other CTDI teams
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for projects
  • Organize and lead project meetings with internal and external participants
  • Provide regular project status updates to the Head of Management and the CTDI management team
  • Support sales in growing business with existing customers and winning new business

Requirements

  • Hold a technical or economic degree (e.g., business engineering) or have equivalent qualifications with extensive work experience
  • Have experience working with customers, sales, or customer service
  • Bring relevant knowledge in project management and have some experience in project coordination
  • Be proficient in MS Office tools and have good knowledge of SAP
  • Have practical knowledge in communication and/or logistics
  • Be characterized by excellent communication skills, high reliability, numerical affinity, flexibility, and assertiveness
  • Be fluent in German (spoken and written) and have English as a strong skill
