Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts in our warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery of parts to clients.
- Perform quarterly stock takes in local warehouses and service partner locations, ensuring compliance with TRT's global standards.
- Provide onsite minor break-fix hardware maintenance, including hot swap hard disk replacement and cable reseating.
- Conduct onsite physical and logical audits to identify potential issues and implement proactive sparing measures.
- Perform quarterly onsite preventive maintenance for assigned customers, ensuring their systems are running optimally.
- Resolve all supported incidents or tickets within agreed SLAs, providing timely and effective support to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, protecting the interests of TRT at all times.
- Monitor warehouse inventory movement and ensure accurate labeling and binning of parts, adhering to TRT's global standards.
- Ensure procedures are followed correctly during onsite visits, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
- Provide timely support for spare parts, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- 7 years of experience in IT spare parts control and warehouse maintenance.
- Proficiency in Solaris, Oracle, and VMWare technologies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to TRT offices globally, as required.
