About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Balenciaga Germany GmbH. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, visual merchandising, and client service to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, sales, and operational functions
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving targeted sales and KPI goals
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial position, preferably in luxury retail
  • Significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong client service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
