Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Servicetechniker oder -ingenieur, der sich auf internationale Projekte und Reisen freut.

Aufgaben
  • Definieren Sie den Auftragsumfang entsprechend der Kundenanfrage und arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Projektteam und dem Engineering zusammen.
  • Erstellen Sie Kostenermittlungen für Angebote und stimmen Sie diese mit der Abteilungsleitung ab.
  • Planen Sie den notwendigen Personaleinsatz und die Geräte entsprechend dem Angebot und arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Vorgesetzten und dem Kunden zusammen.
  • Erstellen Sie Procedures und Inspektions-/Reparatur-Routinen in Abstimmung mit Vorgesetzten und betroffenen Fachabteilungen.
  • Organisieren Sie alle für den Einsatz relevanten Informationen (Zeichnungen, Befunde aus früheren Einsätzen).
  • Seien Sie verantwortlich für die selbstständige technische und kommerzielle Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen unter Beachtung der entsprechenden Richtlinien und Vorschriften.
  • Seien Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche und dispositive Führung von Eigen- und Fremdpersonal (bis zu 10 MA) im Mehrschichtbetrieb, unter Einhaltung der HSE-Vorschriften.
  • Seien Sie verantwortlich für die Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung der Inspektions- und Messeinrichtungen vor Ort beim Kunden.
  • führen Sie die Auswertung und Interpretation der Arbeitsergebnisse vor Ort durch und dokumentieren Sie diese auch in externen Dokumenten (WKP-Protokoll) nach Vorgaben / Richtlinien, ggf. Präsentation der Ergebnisse vor dem Kunden und TÜV.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik) oder Erfahrung als Techniker (m/w/d) mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt und praktischer Erfahrung.
  • Fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation auf dem Gebiet der Messtechnik wünschenswert.
  • Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 60 %).
  • Kenntnisse in der zerstörungsfreien Prüftechnik (visuell, Wirbelstrom) von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und hohe soziale Kompetenz.
