YOUR ROLE INCLUDESDriving the success of our retail location by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a captivating shopping atmosphereExemplifying outstanding customer service, effectively implementing our service protocols, and engaging actively with customersPossessing extensive product knowledge across all categories and continually enhancing your expertiseLeading and mentoring our team members on the sales floor while fostering employee satisfaction through targeted initiativesPlanning and executing customer engagement activities and eventsOverseeing staff scheduling and organizing daily operational tasksManaging stock levels and ensuring product availability while processing ordersTaking primary responsibility for adhering to company policies and visual merchandising standardsMonitoring local market trends and competitor activities to boost our store's competitivenessCollaborating closely with fellow Store Managers and the Area Manager to share best practicesCoordinating and conducting inventory assessmentsYOUR QUALIFICATIONSCompleted vocational training in retail, service, or customer relationsA minimum of 3 years’ experience in the beauty or fashion sector with leadership responsibilitiesA strong passion for customer service and sales, demonstrating a solid service orientationEmpathetic and team-oriented leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach othersResults-driven mindset with a solid understanding of retail performance metricsExcellent organizational abilities and a commitment to implementing guidelines and policiesA positive attitude, resilience, and a capacity for driving changeEffective conflict resolution skillsA keen interest in beauty and lifestyle, with a desire to learn about products, innovations, and trendsProficient in MS Office and comfortable using computersWHAT WE OFFERComprehensive onboarding processA motivating and inspiring workplace with a strong team cultureAccess to an extensive E-Learning platform for personal growthTraining on the latest products and trendsCareer advancement opportunities through our development programAttractive employee discountsPerformance-based incentives
