About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Frugalis GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods within our warehouse, coordinating with various teams to facilitate a seamless delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods Receipt and Dispatch: Receive and dispatch goods in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
  • Return and Refund Processing: Process returns and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all goods are stored and handled in a manner that maintains their quality and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Possess a valid qualification for operating forklifts and have prior experience in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in German language, both written and spoken.
