Position Overview

  • Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes across various Sana facilities to guarantee a positive experience for candidates.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies utilizing Candidate Personas, while engaging in social media outreach and campaign development.
  • Employ innovative, audience-specific recruitment tools and assess their effectiveness based on established KPIs for Data-Driven Recruiting.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and colleagues in the People & Culture department to identify staffing needs and specifications.
  • Establish and nurture networks and talent pools through proactive relationship management.
  • Opportunity to undertake additional responsibilities within the People & Culture domain.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a relevant university degree.
  • Significant experience in recruitment or active sourcing within a dynamic setting.
  • Strong familiarity with contemporary recruitment tools and technologies, along with a keen interest in Data-Driven Recruiting and Analytics.
  • Willingness to stay abreast of trends in People & Culture and to engage with the organization to enhance recruitment collectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with reliability, organizational prowess, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset.
