Through extensive research, including discussions with over 1000 individuals and 30 customer interviews, we have analyzed 28 personality assessments and value models, leading to the development of our initial prototype.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Chief Technology Officer (m/f/d) to join us as a co-founder. This role involves building and leading a development team to reconstruct our platform from the ground up. Our initial prototype was developed by a partner company, and we have secured interest from four business angels. Once the CTO joins our team, we will pursue additional funding to support the development team.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and manage a high-performing development team.
- Redesign and enhance the platform from scratch.
- Formulate strategies for platform scalability while ensuring security and stability.
- Continuously refine technical architecture and operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team and stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
- A minimum of 10 years in software development.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading development teams and delivering successful projects.
- 5 years of experience in scaling platforms and ensuring data security.
- Experience in artificial intelligence is a plus.
- Background in major tech companies is preferred.
- Experience with matching platforms or applications is advantageous.
- Willingness to participate in a leading startup accelerator program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
