Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Precision Assembler to join our team at Flowserve. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing production orders efficiently, utilizing available resources effectively, and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production orders by retrieving drawings, determining part and material availability, and commissioning necessary components.
  • Assemble parts and materials according to instructions, checking for accuracy and defects.
  • Prepare testing and assembly equipment, repositioning and adjusting as needed.
  • Identify and eliminate defects, reporting non-repairable issues to supervisors or responsible departments.
  • Transport materials to subsequent workstations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Check the functionality, quality, and completeness of assembly components according to instructions.
  • Identify defects in components, products, and units, recommending corrective measures.
  • Document defects based on type and frequency.

Maintenance and Housekeeping:

  • Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Precision Assembler.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to act responsibly.
