Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the performance metrics of our two hotels
  • Optimize distribution strategies and target market segments
  • Formulate strategies grounded in data analysis and statistical insights
  • Work closely with the commercial team to implement pricing strategies
  • Engage in forecasting and contribute to budget planning
  • Ensure adherence to reservation standards and evaluate sales tools

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in reservation or revenue management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional communication abilities
  • Self-sufficient, dependable, and proactive work ethic
