We are a leading provider of test solutions for hydrogen electrolyzers and innovative test benches for fuel cell manufacturers. As an Export Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all planned exports of our company under current legal requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the purchasing department and product departments to ensure accurate classification and documentation of export-controlled items.
  • Maintain up-to-date classification results in the SAP material master and project-specific documentation to ensure seamless export operations.
  • Assist the Import-Export department with necessary classifications for import transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development process for new products from an export control perspective, providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance.
  • Issue certificates to customers and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Review and adjust trade data when necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the application process for required export permits, ensuring timely and successful permit acquisition.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, with a focus on export regulations and compliance.
  • 2-year technical training or several years of experience in material master classification, with a strong understanding of export control regulations.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory information effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, with experience in data management and analysis.
