Position Overview
Join our dynamic team at BeInCrypto as we seek a talented UX/UI Product Design Lead.

Your Role:
As a UX/UI Product Design Lead, you will:
1. Create engaging and effective user interfaces and experiences in a collaborative environment.
2. Conduct various user research methods such as usability tests, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights and enhance user experience.
3. Analyze findings and communicate actionable recommendations to influence user-centered design decisions.
4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed user-interface specifications.
5. Mentor and support junior team members in their design processes.

Qualifications:
This role is ideal for you if you possess:
- Strong visual design skills demonstrated through a portfolio of mock-ups and style guides.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in user research methodologies and the ability to synthesize findings into design improvements.
- A solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
