Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team in Radebeul. As a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing materials for packaging, providing assistance with equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of program data. Your tasks will include:

• Briefing and preparing materials for packaging at the designated workstation
• Providing assistance with equipment and tools
• Entering program data into the computer system, generating additional packaging units as needed, and preparing shipments for dispatch
• Retrieving packaging materials according to the program sequence
• Performing functional checks and replacing equipment as necessary, resolving minor mechanical issues
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure completeness and detect any visible damage, reporting any issues to the shift leader

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a production or warehouse worker
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility and a strong work ethic
• A reliable and structured approach to work
• Good teamwork skills
• A stapler or crane certificate is desirable
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
