Cybersecurity Manager m/w/d Infrastructure and Systems

Full-time, permanent position

As a key player in the System Operations sector, you will ensure the secure operational management of the transport network and regulatory zone within the European interconnected system. The necessary high-performance IT and communication systems are procured and continuously developed by the Specialized IT department. We operate a state-of-the-art data center, ensuring high availability for our internal clients.

To meet the growing functionalities and IT demands, we are looking to strengthen our team. We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager m/w/d Infrastructure and Systems to join our Specialized IT department.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the IT security within the critical IT infrastructure of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the ISMS team and Cyber Defense Center.
  • Develop and refine technical guidelines for central ISMS topics in partnership with the CISO.
  • Act as a point of contact for IT projects regarding information security requirements and actively participate in these projects.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, including IT security catalog and certification audits, supplier audits, and penetration tests, while managing the derivation and coordination of necessary actions.
  • Advance the established IT emergency management processes, including conducting exercises and developing playbooks, as well as enhancing the identity access management process.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in IT security, with familiarity in standards and ideally ISO.
  • Experience in planning and conducting IT security audits.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and experience in common IT infrastructures.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.
