About the Role
As an Industrial Mechanic at Continental, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, installing and commissioning hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and performing quality control checks on machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
- Install and commission hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Conduct quality control checks on machinery and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
