About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at Bayard Consulting. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces for our enterprise platforms and creating an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces for our SaaS platforms
  • Design new user interfaces and product features
  • Improve existing interaction elements
  • Create mockups and wireframes
  • Coordinate with Product Management and development teams
  • Capture customer experiences and expectations
Requirements
  • Degree in Media Informatics, Web Design/Media Design or comparable creative/technical training
  • At least 4 years of practical experience in web application design in an enterprise environment
  • Confident use of design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, Git, Jira)
  • Analytical and structured approach in an agile environment (SCRUM)
  • Experience in online shops, PIM, MDM, retail or logistics would be ideal
  • Very good German or English skills
