Aufgaben:
In der Rolle als Identity Access Management Engineer (w/m/d) sind Sie Teil eines Teams, das das zentrale KION IAM/IDM System verwaltet, entwickelt und betreibt. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Unterstützung bei der Architektur, dem Design und der Umsetzung der eingesetzten IGA Lösung.
- Integration von Anwendungssystemen und Cloud Services mit dem IAM-Tool.
- Anbindung von Verzeichnisdiensten an das IAM-Tool und Gestaltung von effizienten Identity-/Role-Management Prozessen.
- Teilnahme an Konzept-Workshops zur Weiterentwicklung des IAM.
- Technischer Ansprechpartner für IAM innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Pflege und Erweiterung der IAM Systeme basierend auf dem Change-Management.
- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Bearbeitung globaler Serviceanfragen.
- Betreuung der IAM-Legacy-Lösung und Unterstützung der CIAM-Kollegen.

Qualifikationen:
Sie bringen mit:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld.
- Kenntnisse der gängigen Standards wie SAML, REST, OpenID Connect und SCIM.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Identity- und Access Management Systemen wie One Identity, Omada, CyberArk oder Sail Point (Cloud-Umgebung von Vorteil).
- Erfahrung in IT Infrastruktur und hybriden Umgebungen.
- Eine strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch im internationalen Umfeld.
