Your Role
We are seeking an Automation / Vision & Information Systems Engineer to join our Europe Baby Care Process & Engineering hub in Euskirchen, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inventing, developing, and delivering breakthrough technologies that provide winning products for consumers in Europe and around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative approaches to address current and future challenges in digital manufacturing, data, and analytics.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the company to integrate technologies and enable the future of Industry 4.0.
- Use state-of-the-art technologies to troubleshoot difficult problems and develop new solutions.
- Work seamlessly across the Baby Care Europe engineering organization, R&D, and production sites.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and technical mastery.
- Passion for integrating technologies to enable digital manufacturing via Industry 4.0 technologies, data, and analytics.
- Agility to quickly adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Ability to build diverse and collaborative relationships.
- Experience with industrial PLC, especially Rockwell Control Logix platforms, and computer and industrial networks.
- Process and/or machine control experience, including sensors, motors, PLC's, and industrial automation.
- Programming knowledge and experience, including Python, Labview, Java, C#, etc.
