Deine Rolle

Als Senior UI/UX Designer bist du für die digitale Konzeption und Gestaltung verantwortlich. Du wirst gemeinsam mit unserem Research-Team digitale Konzepte und Designs entwerfen, die die Probleme von Menschen im Umgang mit digitalen Plattformen lösen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Gestaltung von nutzerzentrierten digitalen Erlebnissen für Kunden wie REWE, Sparkasse, Allianz uvm.
  • Top-Level Design für Web-Plattformen und mobilen Applikationen
  • Erarbeitung von konzeptionellen und nutzer: innenzentrierter Gestaltung für alle digitalen Screengrößen
  • Erarbeiten und Weiterentwickeln von Designsystemen in Figma
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Researcher: innen und Entwickler: innen
  • Unterstützung bei der Führung und dem Weiterentwickeln von Werkstudent: innen und Junior Designer: innen
Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Designer, der:

  • Fähigkeiten im Bereich UI/UX Design besitzt
  • Ein starkes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Menschen im Umgang mit digitalen Plattformen hat
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Designsysteme und die Entwicklung von konzeptionellen Designs besitzt
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für die Zusammenarbeit mit Researcher: innen und Entwickler: innen hat
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Werkstudent: innen und Junior Designer: innen hat
