Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von Testfällen basierend auf Benutzeranforderungen und Teststrategien
  • Erweiterung und Verbesserung der Testmethoden
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Entwicklungsteam für Softwarelösungen im Bankensektor
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von manuellen sowie automatisierten Tests
  • Durchführung von Abnahmetests bei unseren Kunden
  • Erstellung detaillierter Fehler- und Testdokumentationen
  • Effektive Kommunikation mit Business Analysten, Entwicklern und Kunden
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzwesen
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung als Qualitätssicherungs-Spezialist oder in der Testautomatisierung
  • ISTQB-Zertifizierung von Vorteil und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Testwerkzeugen (z.B. aqua)
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen für Kundenbesuche
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
  • Technisches Verständnis, analytisches Denken und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Quereinsteiger aus der Finanzbranche sind willkommen
