Your Responsibilities:
- Enhance the global Compliance & Risk Management System (RMS & CMS) in collaboration with various departments within Corporate Governance.
- Identify, analyze, and manage compliance-related risks, ensuring effective communication and monitoring.
- Develop methodologies and tools, while maintaining and implementing guidelines, processes, and documentation in Risk & Compliance.
- Continuously analyze compliance-related legislative changes and communicate updates to relevant areas within ENERCON.
- Serve as the technical manager and primary contact for ENERCON Group staff on all risk and compliance matters.
- Prepare regular reports for the Compliance department to present to the Corporate Governance Board and Management Board.
- Actively participate in the design, organization, and execution of the global compliance training program.
- Collaborate on overarching projects within Corporate Governance and the company.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the compliance organization.
- Support specialist departments in the conception and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Your Profile:
- A degree in economics, law, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in compliance and risk management within an international organization.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A strong interest in developing and documenting processes, methods, and procedures, including defining responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a willingness to engage in conflict resolution.
- A high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a focus on meticulous and results-oriented work.
- Intercultural competence.
