Digital Transformation Leader

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Digital & Social Collaboration expert to assist our Digital Change Manager in enhancing employee engagement and collaboration within our progressive digital environment. Your role will be vital in rallying employees around transformation initiatives, nurturing a dynamic digital community, and optimizing the effectiveness of our collaboration tools.
As an integral member of the Change Office, you will act as the main liaison for managing change management initiatives affecting employees in Germany.

Key Responsibilities to support the Change Program and initiatives:
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including IT, team leaders, and end-users, to identify their digital requirements, collect feedback, and ensure alignment with the overarching transformation strategy. Change Leadership: Advocate for change initiatives by aligning digital transformation efforts with organizational objectives, ensuring smooth adoption of tools and practices across teams. Social Collaboration: Implement and oversee digital collaboration platforms/tools, continually enhancing their usage to facilitate seamless social interaction, knowledge sharing, and teamwork. Community Development: Foster vibrant cross-functional communities, encouraging active participation, idea exchange, and collaborative problem-solving within our digital landscape. Training & Enablement: Create engaging training programs and resources to empower teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to maximize the use of digital collaboration tools, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve cross-functional collaboration, utilizing digital tools and platforms for effective communication and knowledge sharing. Measurement & Analysis: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success and impact of digital collaboration initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to drive ongoing improvement.Who We Are Seeking

Proven experience in change management principles and practices. Proficiency in digital collaboration tools, platforms, and best practices (SharePoint, Teams, and IA tools mastery is essential). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of digital collaboration efforts. Cultural awareness and the ability to navigate and manage complexities in a multicultural setting. Fluency in German and English is essential. Multicultural experience would be a significant advantage.Additional Qualifications for the Role of German Coordination within the Change Office:
Knowledge or interest in change management methodologies: Prosci, etc. Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels. Experience in designing and facilitating engaging training programs. Skills in Facilitation and/or Coaching (certification preferred).
