Position Summary:

The role involves serving as a primary user for engineering systems, including PLM, CAD, and ERP, across various locations. You will spearhead the deployment of the PLM system 3DX in partnership with central IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and enhancement of engineering processes and system interfaces.
  • Design and conduct training sessions for engineering personnel on systems, while also developing comprehensive design guidelines.
  • Oversee optimization initiatives and projects.
  • Engage in cross-cultural collaboration with teams located in India and China.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Computer Science with a focus on CAx, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred additional training in process management and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of PLM, CAD, and ERP systems, including SolidWorks, Eplan, 3DX, and MS-Office.
  • Experience in process optimization in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and leadership experience.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
