We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager (all genders) for our team in Elmshorn, available for full-time employment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounting team both technically and disciplinarily.
  • Foster the professional development of team members in the accounting department.
  • Oversee, control, and enhance internal processes and structures related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Reconcile provisions and accounts payable.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
  • Act as a point of contact and collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments.
Your Profile:
  • Qualified accountant, degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a leadership role.
  • Ideally, further qualification as a tax advisor (all genders).
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards under HGB and IFRS, along with a solid understanding of tax law.
  • Experience with SAP FI is advantageous.
  • A cooperative and motivating leadership style.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in German and English at C1 level.
