Financial Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Ecovis Deutschland. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and their businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to help clients make informed business decisions.
• Provide tax planning and compliance services to clients, ensuring they are in compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, tax laws, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software, including Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
