Ihre Aufgaben
  • Administrative Entlastung des Senior Directors durch effiziente Organisation des Terminkalenders, Reiseplanung und Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Angeboten für Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen
  • Gestaltung und Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für interne und externe Zwecke
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events sowie deren Nachbereitung
  • Überwachung von Budgets und Kostenmanagement für Veranstaltungen
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen dem Senior Director und internen sowie externen Partnern
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Studienabschluss
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in der Gastronomie oder Eventbranche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit hoher Flexibilität
