Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Administrator to enhance our operational capabilities. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and supporting our service providers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively support suppliers and service providers within your designated area.
  • Develop and refine the organization-wide infrastructure strategy in alignment with system inventory and budgetary constraints.
  • Serve as a primary contact for troubleshooting issues and resolving malfunctions.
  • Oversee our existing hardware infrastructure and assist in transitioning to cloud solutions in the medium term.
  • Engage proactively in the adoption of improvements and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completion of vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualifications with pertinent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2016, current M365 components, and their application in operational settings, as well as familiarity with network technologies, ideally CISCO-based.
  • Proficient in various network management and monitoring tools (e.g., LANSweeper, i-do-it) and Azure products, with a solid understanding of deployment scenarios. Knowledge of Linux environments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, enabling effective communication with our global locations.
