Key Responsibilities

• Digital transformation of urban planning layouts and preparation of legal documentation, detailed terrain profiles, structural designs, and analytical plans
• Creation of zoning plans adhering to XPlanung standards
• Assistance to landscape planning, environmental protection, and ecological conservation teams in data organization and area assessments

Qualifications

• Degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, or a related field
• Proficient in Nemetschek Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and GIS software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in German
