LUTZ Aufzüge, a leading company in the elevator industry, is seeking a skilled Documentation Team Lead to oversee the documentation process for marine projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the documentation process, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of three employees in the documentation department, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate project information gathering from various sources, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing and revising documentation as needed to meet industry standards.
  • Organize and standardize documentation according to internal and external guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Adhere to national and international standards and customer-specific requirements, ensuring compliance and quality.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or certification in Technical Writing or equivalent, with a strong understanding of documentation best practices.
  • Experience in technical documentation with a focus on marine projects, including knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in documentation tools, including software and hardware.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
