As the Director of Data Strategy, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives and fuels our growth. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a talented team of data specialists, developing a self-service data platform, and promoting a product-oriented approach to fulfill customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and articulate a data strategy that aligns with the company's goals
  • Guide and mentor a team of data specialists

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Over 8 years of experience in data management and analytics
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong desire to learn and stay updated on industry advancements
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous
