We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Building Consultant to join our team at REM ASSETS AG in Stuttgart. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of real estate through sustainability certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of DGNB certification processes
  • Manage and audit sustainable construction projects to ensure compliance with DGNB standards
  • Provide expert evidence for various DGNB certification criteria, including environmental assessments and sustainable materials
  • Calculate and analyze environmental footprints and life cycle costs to inform sustainable design decisions
  • Develop innovative concepts for recyclable construction materials and sustainable building practices
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • DGNB Consultant or Auditor certification
  • Proven experience in sustainable construction and DGNB certification
  • Strong knowledge of environmental assessments, sustainable materials, and EU Taxonomy/ESG evaluation
