Dein Profil- Leidenschaft für Online Marketing: Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Online Marketing und bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen mit, sei es durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder persönliche Projekte.
- Analytisches Denken: Der Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und Excel bereitet dir Freude und du bist in der Lage, diese Informationen sinnvoll zu interpretieren.
- Teamorientierung: Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und hast die Fähigkeit, Projekte erfolgreich zu koordinieren und voranzutreiben.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Deine kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit und dein sicheres Auftreten in Deutsch und Englisch ermöglichen es dir, dich effektiv mit anderen auszutauschen und komplexe Themen verständlich zu erläutern.
Du verfügst über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie beispielsweise eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketingkommunikation.
Deine AufgabenIn einem strukturierten 12-monatigen Programm wirst du umfassend im Bereich Client Service ausgebildet. Du erhältst sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Schulungen, ergänzt durch externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Beratung unserer Kunden in den Bereichen Kreation, Media, Datenanalyse und Technologie.
