Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering and Building Law (m/f/d) to become a part of our dynamic team. This role entails the assessment and evaluation of electrical installations, emergency power systems, fire safety alarms, and detection systems across various properties. Key responsibilities include performing on-site evaluations of system safety, providing expert advice to clients on electrical engineering issues, and exploring diverse opportunities within the Real Estate sector. The selected candidate will engage in on-site inspections with a focus on local operations. Comprehensive training will be offered by seasoned professionals, complemented by regular team meetings aimed at knowledge exchange.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in the design, upkeep, or construction of electrical systems is advantageous
  • Familiarity with technical standards and legal requirements
  • Organized work style with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent communication abilities and a confident presence
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
