We are on the lookout for a full-time:
Sales Support SpecialistAs a vital connection between our clients, field sales team, and internal departments, you will significantly contribute to our operations.
Your Responsibilities:- Engaging with customers and providing support in partnership with our field sales team
- Drafting quotations through to contract finalization
- Coordinating order fulfillment with logistics and shipping departments
- Maintaining customer and product master records
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- English language skills are advantageous
- Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational abilities, diplomatic skills, and proactive approach
